COVID-19

Our Policy for Covid-19

In line with the Government Covid-19 Guidelines, we have introduced new hygiene and safety measure to reduce the transmission of the virus. We pride ourselves on operating a very clean and hygienic play centre but we are now exceeding our own very high standards to ensure you, our customers and your children, are able to relax when you visit Little subs.

These new measures include:

Pre-booked play sessions

To maintain social distancing, our capacity has been greatly reduced. To avoid disappointment, we will operate a booking-in system only for play sessions.

Our Pre-booked play sessions timings are available here.

These times will be strictly observed so that our staff can undertake a thorough cleaning programme between each session.

Please make sure you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your booked session and keep 2m distance from any other customers queuing outside. Please vacate the play centre promptly when your session has ended.

You are required to provide your name, address, and telephone number when you book on the website to enable NHS Track and Trace. Every accompanying adult will also be required to give their Name and Telephone number.

This system replaces signing – in and signing – out at the Reception and reduces congestion and maintains social distancing.

Admission is £4.95 for children 2 years and over - £2.95 for children under 2 years

First adult entry is free, £1.00 for every additional adult.

Maximum 3 adult(s) allowed per booking.

Maximum 6 people allowed per booking.

Hand Sanitising Procedures

You and your children must all use the hand sanitiser, which is in the lobby, BEFORE ENTERING THE PLAY CENTRE. Please use the other hand sanitisers throughout the centre frequently throughout your visit and especially before and after you and/or your children use the playframe.

Face Coverings

Face masks are mandatory for all adults and children over the age of 11 years. Face masks may be removed when you are seated at your table or accompanying your children on the play equipment.

Cafe Area

The number of tables in use has been greatly reduced, to observe social distancing. Please do not move tables together.

Social Distancing

Please always observe the 2m distancing guidelines when in the play centre – there are many posters around the centre to remind you.

Hygiene and Sanitising

Our staff will be conducting a full cleaning and sanitising operation on the equipment between play sessions. They will also be cleaning all high-risk contact areas such as door handles, screens etc throughout the play sessions.

Loose Play Items

We have closed the ball pool and removed several loose play objects from the Baby and Toddler areas to aid our hygiene and sanitising procedures.

Toilets

All children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the toilets. Please use the hand sanitiser outside the toilets before entering and then ensure full hand-washing is undertaken before leaving the toilet area.

Health Precautions

If you or your child feels unwell, has a high temperature or fever, please DO NOT ENTER THE PLAY CENTRE. If you or your child feel unwell during your play session, please leave the play centre immediately.

Goodwill

We are complying with all the Government guidelines and procedures to keep you, our customers, and your children, safe from Covid. We thank you for your co-operation in observing these requirements and look forward to welcoming you to Little subs.
